French 2 is a course building on basic communication skills (Novice-Mid level), emphasizing expanded vocabulary, compound past tenses, future tenses, and complex sentence structure. The course covers topics such as daily routines, travel, health, food, and French culture, enabling students to express opinions and narrate in past, present, and future times. Core Curriculum Components: Grammar: Past tense (passé composé vs. imparfait), future tense (near future with aller and simple future), direct/indirect object pronouns, reflexive verbs, and negation. Vocabulary Topics: Travel and tourism, daily routines, food and restaurants, health/body, technology, childhood memories, and community/careers. Culture: Exploration of francophone regions, history, and social etiquette. Let’s have structured, topic-based conversations without losing track of grammar and vocabulary acquisition. I will also help you improve your accent and you will gain more speaking confidence.
